Aerobatics

Learning Aerobatics builds confidence, skill, and is just plain fun. Few things can compare to the thrill of acrobatic flight. Mastering these maneuvers gives you a profound understanding of aerodynamics and aircraft performance. Along with having that confidence and skill comes knowing how to handle upsets and unusual attitudes.

This is an introduction to basic precision aerobatics. Included in the course are loops, rolls (barrel, slow and point), spins, hammerhead stalls, and Cuban 8s. At the completion of the course the pilot has the ability to safely combine maneuvers into a prescribed sequence, as one would see in entry level aerobatic competition. Time required to complete the course will vary from 7 to 10 flight hours, and 1.5-3 hours of ground, depending on the pilot's experience.

Our Advanced Aerobatic Course

This course is for the serious aerobatic pilot who wants to get involved beyond the basics and get into inverted, and negative "g" maneuvers. This course is tailored to each pilot depending upon the pilot's training objectives. Because students have different backgrounds and flight experience, the time required to complete each course may vary. We teach at individualized pace for each student. We believe that there are few training opportunities that can compare to becoming aerobatic proficient. If you're ready for the next step in confidence, safety, and knowledge, then aerobatic training with ACRO Air is for you!
