Upset Training
Every student should strive for the ability to handle the airplane in any situation or attitude. To that end, ACRO Air offers both a safety proficiency and situational awareness course to make you a safer, more competent pilot. These courses are beneficial for all levels of pilot; from students to veterans.
Aerobatics

Learning Aerobatics builds confidence, skill, and is just plain fun. Few things can compare to the thrill of acrobatic flight. Mastering these maneuvers gives you a profound understanding of aerodynamics and aircraft performance. Along with having that confidence and skill comes knowing how to handle upsets and unusual attitudes.
Private Pilot's License

What are the Basic Requirements for an Airplane Private Pilot's License? The requirements for a private pilot's license are governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of the U.S. Department of Transportation. To earn a private pilot's license, minimum requirements include 40 hours of flight time, of which a minimum of 20 hours must be dual instruction and 10 hours solo instruction. Your instruction will also include night and instrument training, as well as dual and solo cross country experience.
Spin Endorsement
This course is designed for any pilot who would like to be in complete control of his aircraft in any situation, as well as CFI applicants who need a spin endorsement. Take the anxiety of stalls and slow flight out of equation with the complete understanding of flight characteristics that this course provides. The course includes spins, power on and off stalls, accelerated stalls, normal spins, and accelerated spins. The time required to complete the course varies with flight experience and will take 2 to 3 hours.
Tailwheel
28X on Dirt Road
We believe training is about more than just getting a pilot's license, it's about truly learning to fly. At ACRO Air, our programs offer new challenges, skills, and opportunities. Equally important is that you will come away with a newfound mastery for the all important rudder. Tailwheel training provides you with the opportunity to fly rare and sought after aircraft; anywhere from a J-3 cub to a Stearman. You may even want to try your hand and skill at flying a P-51
